"Terrorism" Strikes in the Wizarding World
In what turned out to be a pathetic attempt to terrorize the Wizarding World, 3 Mummies kidnapped the resident ghost of Hogwort's School of Wizardy and Witchcraft Sir Nicholas (or otherwise more fondly known as Nearly Headless Nick amongst the students) and threatened to behead him if the Ministry of Magic refuse to release the King of Mummy Zarpussy from Azkaban. Images of the apparently amused ghost surrounded by 3 Mummies wielding butter knives were broadcast through the Floo Network at 7pm yesterday evening when most households would already have lit up their fireplace.
Speaking in a most muffled tone that had most Wizards and Witches scratching their heads (or digging their ears) in confusion, the group which called itself "Al-Gila" issued its ultimatum which must be met within 48 hours or they would slowly saw off the head of Sir Nicholas using their butter knives which they assured would be a most painful and gruesome process, all of which would be seen "live" in the flames of the fireplaces.
Acting on the tip-off given by the resident of the painting who stayed in the same room as the "Al-Gila" group (who supposedly had enough of their foolery), the Ministry managed to locate the "terrorists" just slightly pass the ultimatum and caught the 3 Mummies attempting to behead Sir Nicholas for the 19th time who apparently was enjoying the process and having no difficulty attaching his head back after the "gruesome" process was completed each time.
Due to our contacts within the Ministry, the Daily Prophet was able to get an exclusive interview with the head of the Al-Gila group who go by the name of Abu Farker. On what inspired him to attempt such a "shocking deed", he replied that he was attempting to emulate some other Mummies he saw on the Muggle device known as television who seemed to have some success of capturing Muggles and beheading them in front of everybody else. When it was pointed out to Abu Farker that the executors in question were not his "fellow-Mummies" but instead were Muggles, Abu Farker said in a confused tone, "But if they are not Mummies, and their heads not rotting, why would they want to wrap their heads??"
To the question of why they could have chosen a target that could not be more inappropriate for their "terrorism mission" as the ghost of Sir Nicholas, Abu Farker responded sheepishly "Well, you know, it never really came across to my mind about THAT point about him already quite dead and nearly headless and all..." He then added more defensively "But you can't blame us for not using our brains you know, after all, we Mummies already had our brains removed before they wrapped our heads up with all that darned cloth!"
The Al-Gila group would be tried for kidnap, attempted torture, murder and terrorism (though the last charge might be dropped for the entertainment it provided to the Wizarding World for the duration of the saga). If convicted, they would be sentenced to the capital punishment for Mummies known as The Unwinding, and yes it would start from the head.......
